HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
