HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Ivory Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
