HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Timber Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
