HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Linden Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
