HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Nest Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
