HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Summit Drift Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
