HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
