HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Willow Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
