HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Fresno supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
