HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Nova Corner Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 455 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
