HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 732 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
