HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
