HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rowan Facilities Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 750 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
