HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Bridge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Fresno with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
