HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Umber Inspection Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
