HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Iron Auto Group is a Fresno company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 229 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
