Silverline Drift Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 738 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
