HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Vista Manufacturing is a Fresno manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
