HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Forge Health Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
