HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Summit Learning Group Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
