HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Harbor Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes.
