HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Lakeside Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Fresno design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
