HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
