HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Quarry Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
