HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Junction Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Fort Worth region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
