HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quill Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
