HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Glen Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
