HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Maple Staffing is a El Paso staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
