HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Studio is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 1 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
