HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Ridge Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 841 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
