HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the El Paso region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
