HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Rook Press is a printer and publisher in El Paso serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
