HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Sable Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
