HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the El Paso region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
