HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield North Community Partners runs community programmes across El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
