HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Willow Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
