HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Cobalt Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
