HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
