HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 327 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
