HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Quill Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
