HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
