HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Summit Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
