HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Bright Wilder Property Management looks after rental homes across the Detroit area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
