HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Detroit serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
