HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Detroit. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
