HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Granite Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
