HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
