HR Business Partner - onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Field Staffing Group places workers with employers around Des Moines, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 655 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
