HR Business Partner - onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Haven Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
