HR Business Partner - onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
